Moderation

We take pride in being a school that is always outward facing, supporting schools on a local and national level. With a staff team of strong and experienced teachers, we take pride I. Holding a number of active moderators for KS1 and KS2 SATS. 

In Year 6, Mrs King acts as a ‘Lead Moderator’ for BCP Council visiting schools across the borough to overseeing writing assessment. Mrs King also works as a DfE maker for Maths and Reading SATs.

In Year 2, Mr Mather works for a BCP council as a KS1 moderator. Whilst KS1 SATs are no longer statutory, this understanding and expertise is invaluable to our in-house moderation.
